Nathalie Verdon, Violin (Modern and Baroque)
Profile
Nathalie Verdon grew up in Geneva. She studied modern violin at the School of Fine Arts (Haute Ecole des Arts) in Berne where she obtained both a Bachelor and a Master’s Degree in Music (Violin).
At the same time, her great interest in early music led her to study the baroque violin at the Geneva Conservatory and at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague (Netherlands) where she was awarded a Masters Degree in Baroque Violin.
Currently, Nathalie balances her teaching activities with her role as a musical artist. She performs with various ensembles and orchestras, both on her modern and baroque violins.
